Late Cancellations: Cancellation made less than 24hrs before appointment. Results in 50% appointment charge.
No-Show: Arrival more than 15 minutes after appointment start, or no arrival. Results in 100% appointment charge.
Late Arrival: Between 10-15 minutes after appointment start, full charge of appointment, but invoice reflects only the amount of time treated for insurance to cover.
